About Us

Superior Nut Chicago is a nut, candy, chocolate, and dried fruit retail business with a storefront location in Chicago. Owner Ralph Mastrangelo has been working in his family’s nut and candy business since 1984. In 1998 he started working for his brother in the main warehouse where nuts are roasted and candies are made prior to delivery.

We have been very successful for more than 30 years due to our quality products and high inventory turnover. We always have the freshest nuts available with several deliveries arriving at each store every week.

The Superior Nut Chicago store location is at 6620 West Irving Park Road.

We carry more than 400 different products ranging from sponge candy and chocolate covered raisins to Fruit Runts and sour peach rings.
